Effective date: 8 July 2026 · Version 1.0
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and explains how subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and refunds work.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure with the service, you may be entitled to a refund or to cancel. If the failure is not major, you are entitled to have the problem fixed within a reasonable time, and if that is not done, to a refund of the unused portion. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Beyond your legal rights, we may offer a refund at our discretion — for example, if you were charged in error or experienced a genuine problem. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.
We may change subscription prices. If a change affects your plan, we will give you reasonable advance notice (for example by email), and the new price will apply from your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you do not agree.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may pause the paid features for that child until payment succeeds. The child's free-tier access remains available.
For billing questions or refund requests, contact us at [contact email] with your account email and the details of the charge.
